Murata MGJ2 2W Bipolar-Output SMT DC-DC Converters are ideal for powering ‘high side’ and ‘low side’ gate drive circuits for IGBT and SiC-based MOSFET high-voltage gate drivers used in industrial, renewable energy, and mobility applications. These devices feature a 2W power rating and are supplied in compact, low profile form factor modules measuring 19.49mm x 14.99mm x 4.39mm. Available in 12V and 15V rails, the MGJ2 DC-DC Converters offer +15V/-5V, +15V/-9V, and +20V/-5V bipolar output options while operating in a -40°C to +100°C temperature range.

MGJ2 Isolated 2W Gate Drive DC-DC Converters

Murata Power Solutions MGJ2 Isolated 2W Gate Drive DC-DC Converters are ideal for powering high- and low-side gate drive circuits for IGBT/SiC and MOSFET devices in bridge circuits. A variety of asymmetric output voltages provides optimum drive levels for ideal system efficiency. All three MGJ2 series are characterized by high isolation requirements typically seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. The MGJ2 industrial-grade temperature rating and construction provide reliability and a long service life. Murata Power Solutions MGJ2 Isolated 2W Gate Drive DC-DC Converters are available in a surface-mount or SIP package style.
