PF530x Core Supply Regulator PMICs

NXP Semiconductors PF530x Core Supply Regulator Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) integrate high-performance 8A, 12A, or 15A single buck converters to power high-end processors. With adaptive voltage positioning and a high-bandwidth loop, the PF5300, PF5301, and PF5302 devices offer excellent transient responses with reduced capacitance requirements. These devices are developed in compliance with ISO 26262 Automotive Safety Specification, are configurable with safety levels up to ASIL D, and are qualified according to AEC-Q100 requirements.
