2SP0115T2C0-12 IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 2SP0115T2C0-12 IGBT Driver is a compact, high performance, SCALE™-2 plug and play dual-channel device for individual and parallel connected modules. The driver is designed for 1200V 17mm IGBT modules and features an electrical interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. 2SP0115T2C0-12 offers turn-on and turn-off gate resistors of both channels that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility. The Power Integrations 2SP0115T2C0-12 IGBT Driver also features a 20-pin flat cable interface with an active clamping of Vce at turn-off.

SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
