The lead-bearing terminations make these thin-film resistors suitable for critical applications where reliability and stability are a major priority, such as military, avionics, and industrial applications. These resistors feature package sizes ranging from 0402 to 1210, resistance ranges from 10Ω to 3.01MΩ, and tolerances from ±1% to ±0.1%. Vishay TNPW Lead-Bearing Thin Film Chip Resistors feature a ceramic construction, a metal film layer, and SnPb termination plating, with a lead contact >6%.

They offer excellent overall stability at different environmental conditions ≤ 0.05% (1000 h rated power at 70ºC), and low temperature coefficient and tight tolerances (down to ±0.1%; ±10 ppm/K). The Vishay / Dale TNPW High Stability Thin Film Chip Resistors are ideal for telecommunications, industrial, medical equipment, high-end computer, and audio/video electronics.
