The SFH 4259B Lens meets AEC-Q102 standards for automotive-grade reliability and is housed in a compact 3.5mm x 2.8mm package. The ams OSRAM SFH 4259B Power TOPLED Lens is ideal for driver monitoring, security, and machine vision, engineered for long-term stability under challenging environments.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

Infrared (IR) Emitters

ams OSRAM Infrared (IR) Emitters are designed for a wide range of infrared applications. These emitters are available in several package types, and in wavelengths from 850nm to 940nm. High-power emitters for illumination are also available, and they are suitable for CCD/CMOS cameras. ams OSRAM IR Emitters are ideal for closed-circuit television (CCTV), adaptive cruise control (ACC), night vision, fingerprint or face recognition, door control (intruder sensor), gesture recognition (HMI), interactive boards, and more.
