Vishay Analog Switches and Multiplexers provide benchmark performance in a broad array of end products. Products include multi-channel data acquisition systems, process control and automation, instrumentation, video systems, healthcare, and portable consumer electronics. The Vishay devices are offered in a number of package options to meet specific application requirements, including the TSSOP, SOIC, miniQFN, MICRO FOOT®, and more. The switch and multiplexers support single- and dual-supply operation. On-resistance values range from sub 1Ω to 10Ω and above. Switch configurations include SPST, SPDT, DPST, DPDT, and bus switches, while multiplexers include 2:1, 4:1, 8:1, 16:1, and differential configurations.

DG406/DG407 CMOS Analog Multiplexers

Vishay / Siliconix DG406 and DG407 High-Performance CMOS Analog Multiplexers are ideal for high-speed data acquisition, audio signal switching/routing, ATE systems, and avionics. High performance and low power dissipation make these devices suitable for battery-operated and remote instrumentation applications. The DG406 is a 16-channel single-ended analog multiplexer designed to connect one of 16 inputs to a common output determined by a 4-bit binary address. The DG407 selects one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output. Break-before-make switching action protects against momentary shorting of the inputs.
