SFM3200 Medical Digital Flow Meters

Sensirion SFM3200 Medical Digital Flow Meters are designed for high-volume applications to accurately measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases. These meters offer a flow range of up to 250 standard liters per minute (SLM) and a bidirectional measurement mode. The SFM3200 flow meters feature a fifth-generation silicon sensor chip that contains an amplifier, A/D converter, EEPROM memory, digital signal processing circuitry, and interface. Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology improves the performance of the sensor by combining sensor elements, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip. The SFM3200 Medical Digital Flow Meters are ideal for use in respiratory measurements, inspiratory flow measurements, ventilation, anesthesia, and drug delivery applications.

SFM Medical Digital Flow Meters

Sensirion SFM Medical Digital Flow Meters are designed to measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and other non-aggressive gases with excellent accuracy. These flow meters offer a low-pressure drop with a small dead space. Sensirion SFM Medical Digital Flow Meters deliver ultra-fast update times with high sensitivity. These flow meters offer a bidirectional flow range of -100 standard liters per minute (SLM) to ±250SLM. They feature medical cones for pneumatic connection to standard breathing circuits and a mechanical interface for easy and reliable electrical reconnections. These meters are based on CMOSens® technology, which combines a thermal sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip for fast signal processing. SFM meters are specifically designed for medical applications such as respiratory, ventilation, anesthesia, and metabolic instruments.
