American Bright LED APC-817 DC Input Phototransistor Couplers

American Bright LED APC-817 DC Input Phototransistor Couplers provide a stable isolation feature with a robust coplanar double mold structure. These phototransistor couplers offer 5000VRMS high isolation voltage and CTR flexibility. The APC-817 DC input phototransistor couplers feature a 35V collector-emitter voltage, a 6V emitter-collector voltage, a 50mA collector current, and 150mW output power dissipation. These phototransistor couplers operate within the -55°C to 110°C temperature range and are RoHS, REACH, and MSL Class 1 compliant. The APC-817 DC input phototransistor couplers are packaged in a plastic DIP4 and boast UL, VDE, CQC, and cUL certifications. Typical applications include Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), programmable controllers, household appliances, and office equipment.
